SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating daily with on-site reservation teams.
- Updating and maintaining the reservation report on a daily basis.
- Updating and maintaining hotel rates report of the W15 Collection properties.
- Sharing reservation report with Management on a daily basis.
- Responding to Social Media inquiries.
- Responding to guest feedback on Google, Trip Advisor and other Guest Review platforms.
- Sending out general mails that include special offers to travel agents, andguest database.
- Maintaining Competitor Analysis Report on a weekly basis.
- Successfully completed O/L s and A/Ls
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong computer proficiency and email communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to resolve customer issues
- Ability to multi task
